How it works and what to expect:

To begin the creation process of your special custom designed jewellery, you will have an initial consultation with the owner/jewelsmith. Many people have only an idea in their head or perhaps a sketch of what they have in mind; this is no problem for the creative talents at Exclusively Yours.

The jewelsmith will take into account all your input regarding design together with your budget, and will offer you options with cost structures for each one. Because you are dealing directly with the jeweller who will create your custom pieces (all work is done in our fully equipped in-house workshop), you can be assured of high-quality work and attention to detail.

Questions are always welcome; we want to make sure you fully understand your options. All costs will be explained up front, and there will be no ‘surprise charges’ later on. We have found this to be the most efficient way to provide the highest quality service at the lowest cost to you.

Once there is agreement on costs and scheduling, the process of making your custom designed jewellery will begin. Unless there is a time constraint, it is best not to rush things, as in our experience customers often make changes over the course of the design consultation process. Our ultimate goal is for you to end up with cherished, unique jewellery that is exactly as you envisioned it.
